company does not believe me that the white bracelet is dysfunctional. I am having to email back and forth with screenshots of the product to prove to them that one of the bracelets does not function properly. I would say if you cannot live without a product that this company sells, look for it on amazon 1st before ordering because if something is wrong with the product, the returns
