Shipping policy

We use Yun Express, USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping Time

1. Noth America, most Europe, and Australia New Zealand take 6-12 days.

2. Asia takes 5-10 days.

3. South America usually takes 12-15 days.

4. Middle West (Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates takes 10-12 days), others take 20-30 days.

Expedited Shipping

The fast track shipping option is available for an additional cost of $16.99. The item will be shipped to you within 5 to 7 business working days(Also need 1-3 working days to process your order.). So, in about 6 -10 working days, you will receive your package. However, make sure that a fast shipping option is available at checkout, as this option is not available for all products.

Tips:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 60 days after your order was placed.
5) We are not responsible for the return packages, so make sure you filled your address correctly and keep tracking your package, please.
